At the very top, take one more tiny "sip" of air to fully expand your lungs. Now, let it out through your mouth with a long, slow, "whooshing" sigh. Repeat this three times. Feel your ribcage soften and your weight settle deeper into your chair or the floor. You are becoming heavy in the best way possible.
