From discovering that a steering wheel is actually called a helm, to learning how to read charts and understand navigation. With our own power-steered boat, this felt like an important step for us as we plan to use it more to support our swimming and coaching. We also dive into a more serious discussion about Dirty Business and the shocking behaviour of water companies and what it means for those of us who love spending time in the sea. Our Drill of the Moment is the Long Dog a brilliant drill for helping swimmers develop reach, their catch and a smooth, connected stroke.
