Some episodes are planned. This one wasn't. I sat down to record something else today and something in me wouldn't move toward it. Not because I was tired or distracted. Because it wasn't true. And I've learned that forcing what isn't ready is its own kind of pretending. So I got quiet. And this is what came out of that quiet.
