## Resource

Ambulance personnel across the country are currently considering Labour Court proposals aimed at resolving a long-running pay dispute within the National Ambulance Service. Following years of campaigning, and a 24-hour strike by frontline staff last month, SIPTU and Unite have recommended that members accept proposals which include pay increases for a number of ambulance grades and protections for existing terms and conditions. The recommendations will now go to a ballot of union members.
