AJ and I take the Cybertruck out on FSD 14.3.9 to test the new automatic collision avoidance logic and run our standard route. We evaluate the question mark unprotected left, multiple parking scenarios, and the thin chain test. Throughout the drive, we test simulated driver inattention and obstacle approaches to see whether the new collision avoidance logic intervenes. Highlights: - Cybertruck navigates the neighborhood question mark unprotected left and completes a tight U-turn into the center travel lane. - Multiple tests of the automatic collision avoidance logic fail to trigger an autonomous takeover despite prolonged simulated driver inattention. - Cybertruck successfully reaches the cable during a V3 Supercharger parking test, though the connection remains tight. - Manual pin adjustments at the thin chain test fail to prevent the Cybertruck from backing into the chain boundary. - Occupancy network renders a straight line over the zigzag curb at Five Points angled parking, leaving the Cybertruck protruding into the street. - Angled parking succeeds on the straight curb at Biscotti's without occupancy network distortion.
