We discuss the value of birth debriefing, having a strong support system postpartum and the transformative impact of excellent midwifery care. Rebecca also reflects on the power of independent research, tuning into what feels right for you as an individual and being brave enough to advocate for yourself. Her story is such a beautiful reminder that birth can still feel positive and empowering, even when things don't unfold quite as hoped.
