In this episode, host Gwyneth Shaw talks with Professor Jonah Gelbach , whose research spans a variety of topics, including civil procedure, evidence, statutory interpretation and legislation, and law and economics. He has a Ph.D. in economics and was a professor with a specialization in econometrics before earning his J.D. and joining the legal academy.
