## Resource

The U.S. Department of Justice has officially filed federal lawsuits against Washington, Oregon, Arizona, and New Mexico—bringing the total to 21 states challenged for providing in-state tuition rates and state financial aid to undocumented residents while charging out-of-state U.S. citizens tens of thousands more. In this episode of Left Coast News, we break down the constitutional violations under 8 U.S.C. § 1623, the multi-million dollar economic impact on taxpayers, and why federal courts across the country are permanently striking down these state policies. #LeftCoastNews #DOJ #WashingtonState #Olympia #DOJLawsuit #InStateTuition #CollegeTuition #StudentDebt #HigherEd #HigherEducation #RuleOfLaw #ConstitutionalLaw #8USC1623 #SupremacyClause #EqualProtection #FederalCourts #FifthCircuit #IllegalImmigration #BorderSecurity #AmericaFirst #TaxpayerMoney #StudentDebtCrisis #WestCoastPolitics #ConservativeTalk #PNW #WashingtonPolitics #OregonNews #BreakingNews #TrendingNews #NewsTok
