A timeout shouldn't just be a "fire extinguisher" when things are burning; it should be a "Tactical Reset" to install a specific advantage. Similarly, substitutions are your primary tool for Matchup Hunting. Are you subbing just to rest a player, or are you subbing to put your best "Rim Protector" in for a defensive possession?
