Kim covers why speeding tickets are brutal to beat here (hello, LiDAR), why arguing roadside only makes it worse, and how her flat-fee, mostly-virtual practice keeps a real lawyer within reach for working riders. Bottom line for anyone on two wheels in this city: every rule that applies to a car applies to your bike, and Highway is waiting for you to forget it
