She wanted to be rich, elegant and seen as a high-society woman, so she started scamming her friends through a fake investment scheme. When those friends started asking for their money back, they began dying within weeks of each other after visits involving tea, pastries and suspicious digestive “remedies.” Autopsies later found cyanide.But the truly fucked part? After prison, Yiya became a pop culture celebrity in Argentina.
