Since 7 October 2023, it has become increasingly difficult for people to talk to one another at universities around the world. Extreme positions and personal feelings seem to be making dialogue impossible. The Middle Meets Initiative is seeking to bring about change in this regard. It was initiated by a group of university students in response to the current situation in the Middle East. The dialogues include Jewish and Palestinian Israeli students from various universities and academic backgrounds in Israel and in the US.
