This week, we’re joined by one of the most legendary head coaches in college gymnastics: KJ Kindler, head coach of the seven-time NCAA champion Oklahoma Sooners. After missing the NCAA finals in 2024, Oklahoma rebounded in dominant fashion to win the national title in 2025. As the Sooners prepare for the 2026 season and their second year in the SEC, Kindler reflects on last season, how the team used doubt as motivation, and what lies ahead. She also discusses the impact of an exciting freshman class and athletes who stepped up their game in the offseason.
