Bro that London derby had me sweating the whole time 😂 Arsenal vs Chelsea on efootball is always messy, but this one was different. I went in thinking I’d just dominate midfield with Ødegaard like I always do, but nah. First 15 minutes I was struggling bad. Couldn’t string two passes together. Ødegaard felt slow, heavy, like every time I tried to control the game with him Chelsea would just cut it out. I kept losing possession in the middle and it was frustrating because the whole plan was to play through him. So around the 17th minute I just got tired of it and made a change. I dropped Ødegaard deeper and pushed Gen up to AM. That’s when everything clicked. Suddenly I had someone who could actually turn with the ball and run at their defense. Didn’t take long either — 20th minute, Gen picks it up just outside the box, one-two, and bang. 1:0. I was like okay, we’re in this now. After that goal I still wasn’t playing pretty football though. I was just attacking nonstop, not really holding possession. It felt like I was rushing everything, like if I slowed down Chelsea would come back. So I just kept pressing, kept forcing it, even if half the chances were trash. Second half was just me trying not to bottle it. Chelsea kept coming at me and I was spending most of the time defending with my back to the wall. I had chances to make it 2 but I was playing them too fast, not taking my time to pick the right pass. It was looking like it would end 1:0 and I’d be stressed till the final whistle. Then 80th minute happened. One counter, quick ball to the wing, cross in, and that was the match winner. 2:0.
