Then, they relish the stories of foreigners coming to the U.S. for the World Cup and gushing about how much they love the country, our people, and what we have to offer. Finally, they pick apart Pete Buttigieg's argument for scrapping the Electoral College for a national popular vote for president. Buttigieg says it would make every state matter.
